Who We Are:

Med North is a full practice management billing service established in 1993, located in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. We started out as a family-owned and operated billing service. We were fortunate to have family members with both the talent and experience to make our service both personal and professional. As we have grown we have found a great group of dedicated people to keep our service at the high standards we insist upon. Our employees have a wide range of medical backgrounds, including registered nurse, utilization review for a mental health facility, and the owners' experience in a local clinic dealing with medical billing and collections.

Our employees know the importance of hard work, tenacity, confidentiality and accuracy -- all of the requirements needed to show on a practice's bottom line. Med North still has the same objective it started out with: to be the best billing service available at a reasonable cost. This objective has served us well, as we have never failed to exceed the performance of the billing services that we have replaced.

Whom Do We Serve?

Med North serves small practices as well as practices up to twenty providers. Our specialties include, but are not limited to, anesthesiology, audiology, chiropractic, laboratory, chemical dependency, mental health, and clinical billing. We Currently do business in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois, North Dakota and North Carolina. There are no limitations as far as geography is concerned.

The fact is that you have a large number of billing services available to your practice. Med North is there for the practice that wishes to do business with the best available in billing. We are there for practices that are tired of poor service and/or results. Med North serves any practice that wants billing done with the same care and attention that only comes with a service which cares and takes pride in their work.
